Background

Allego is the world’s leading sales enablement platform, serving a quarter of Dow Jones companies, some of the largest banks in the U.S., and other top enterprise clients like Johnson & Johnson, Volvo, and Abbott.
S3, their annual event, is focused on providing current and prospective clients with product updates, modern enablement workshops, and customer showcases.
Allego was investing a 6-digit spend for this annual event, but not capturing any of it.
We captured every single keynote, workshop, and breakout session.

Allego offers these recordings as on-demand content post-event, and uses certain clips as sales & marketing collateral as well, expanding the value of their event spend dramatically.

In 2 days, we filmed 10 testimonials with enablement leaders from Verizon, Berry Global, & Insperity.

By interviewing key attendees, we were able to not only capture testimonials but also thought leadership content. Each key guest was interviewed on their enablement strategy, key initiatives going into the next year, and reason for attending the event.

We also captured Allego's leadership team, dug deeper behind the themes of the conference, and filmed and edited thank-you's for attendees.

We maximized event ROI with strategic gifting & social media content.

After the event, we worked with Allego to strategically gift the thought leadership pieces for guests to post on their personal LinkedIns.

We produced an event sizzle reel to create FOMO and drive attendance for next year's event, as well as sent off thank-you videos from the C-suite to attendees.

Allego walked away from this event with 100+ videos they now use in everything from website videos and social media clips to demos and DSRs.
